Offering great prospects and a modern work environment at our North Lakes office, the successful candidate will be rewarded withlong term ongoing qualified growth. Duties will include;

- Assisting a Property Manager with daily tasks such as inspections, leasing and maintenance.
- Assisting tenants with rental enquiries and maintaining a high level of communication.
- On boarding new properties from handover to leasing.

The preferred candidate will have;

- High attention to detail with a methodical approach
- High levelcommunication skills both verbal & written
- Aim to deliver a customer experience not just customer service
- Drivers licence and own reliable car (company car available during office hours)
- Professional personal presentation
- 6 months or more experience working in Property Management is a bonus, experience with PropertyMe is an asset but not a requirement
- Strong belief in our company values and culture
- Salary negotiable with experience
