We are currently seeking ahands-on Warehouse Supervisorto join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, this is a key leadership role assisting in overseeing the Queensland warehouse, managing a small team/casual staff, inventory control, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead warehouse operations and team performance
- Manage inventory, stock takes, and data accuracy
- Coordinate deliveries and transport carriers
- Ensure accurate picking/packing, receivables, and container put-away
- Maintain a clean,



efficient, and safe warehouse
- Manage order timelines, and customer ETAs
- Liaise with sales reps and other staff relating to customers enquiries

About You

- Minimum 2 years in warehousing/logistics
- Forklift license (LF) and High Reach experience is essential
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP warehouse systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred but not essential)
- Solutions-focused with a can-do attitude
- Sound knowledge of WHS
