About the Role

Due to continued growth, we are seeking motivated Warehouse Staff and MR Drivers to join our busy Dispatch Team located at Tuggerah.

These are permanent full-time positions offering consistent work, overtime opportunities, and the chance to become part of a well-established and supportive team.

What We Offer

Monday to Friday roster

Adaptable start times between 4:00am and 6:00am, finishing once scheduled deliveries are completed

Key Responsibilities

MR Drivers

Safely deliver finished products to customer sites throughout Sydney, Newcastle, Wollongong and surrounding regions

Work alongside an offsider to safely manually unload and position products

Ensure deliveries are completed professionally and on schedule

Comply with Chain of Responsibility requirements and load restraint legislation





Maintain a high level of customer service while representing Wideline Windows & Doors

Warehouse Staff

Pick finished products accurately for customer orders

Prepare products for afternoon loading and dispatch

Assist with loading and unloading vehicles

Maintain a protected, clean and organised warehouse environment

Work collaboratively with the wider Dispatch Team to ensure daily production schedules are met

About You

To be successful in this role you will possess:

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

A positive, reliable and proactive attitude

The ability to work independently and solve problems effectively

A strong work ethic with a commitment to safety

Good physical fitness and the ability to undertake repetitive manual handling

A current White Card

The ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical, including Drug and Alcohol testing

Additional Requirements for MR Driver Applicants

Current MR Driver Licence

Minimum 12 months' experience completing multi-drop deliveries throughout Sydney, Newcastle, Wollongong and surrounding areas

Sound knowledge of load restraint legislation and Chain of Responsibility requirements
