We're looking for an experienced Senior Medical Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is central to the smooth running of our practice - supporting our clinicians, coordinating patient care, and upholding the standard of professionalism our patients expect. Your role will involve the following:

- Greet and welcome patients with a friendly and warm demeanor, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.




- Register new patients, update existing patient information, and schedule appointments using our computerised system.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Coordinate and manage patient flow, ensuring efficient scheduling and minimal wait times.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects our commitment to excellence and professionalism.
- Assist dermatologists and other staff members with administrative tasks as required.
- Handle financial transactions, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
- Follow practice protocols and ensure compliance with privacy regulations to maintain patient confidentiality.
