What you will be doing

Working as an Accounts Payable Officer you will assist with managing the end accounts payable process on a weekly basis for a busy mining company. You will help processing statutory and ad hoc payments,, purchase order and non- order invoice processing, knowledge through GST concepts and how GST is a applied, youll also play a key role in ensuring accuracy and compliance. This challenging role requires a committed, effective and positive person to join a dynamic team who deal with a high volume of work.

To excel in this role, youll need 3+ years of high-volume, full-function accounts experience, advanced Microsoft Excel and SAP skills, and a strong understanding of the mining sector is highly regarded.

- Experience Using SAP AP
- Working within SAP purchase order and non- order invoice processing
- Good Receipt and Invoice Receipt knowledge
- Knowledge through GST concepts and how GST is a applied
- Prior experience in mining is desirable but not essential
- 3+ years working with a high volume accounts team.
