Nobby Kitchens, a leading Australian kitchen company established in 1939, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Rework & Maintenance Installer to join our team.
This is a dynamic role offering a balance of on-site and office-based work (70/30), ideal for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, problem-solving, and delivering outstanding customer outcomes.
About the Role
You will be responsible for and specialising in reworks, maintenance, and defect rectification.
In addition, you will support the team by managing overflow installation projects as required.
At times there will be the need to check measure and supervise jobs through peak periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete reworks, defect rectifications, and maintenance tasks
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues efficiently
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and on time
- Liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure a smooth experience for the customer
- Support overflow projects as required by supervising kitchen installations.
About You
- Proven experience in kitchen installation and/or renovation supervision
- Strong attention to detail with a structured, methodical approach
- Ability to perform under pressure and adapt when required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own workload
- Takes ownership and pride in delivering quality outcomes
Requirements
- Own vehicle and valid driver’s licence (essential)
- Own tools for light maintenance and rework tasks (essential)
- Relevant industry experience (cabinet making, kitchen installation or similar)
