We’re seeking a dynamic individual who embodies the spirit of an entrepreneur.With an established customer base and potential to connect with current customers, you will be responsible for a territory which covers southwest from West Sydney including Fairfield Heights, Lithgow, Bathurst, Dubbo, Camsie, Wollongong, Orange, Bowral and Wagga Wagga. Along with a competitive salary you will receive a car allowance and have the ability to earn quarterly bonuses (eligible immediately).

What You’ll Do:

- Own and grow your territory with confidence and independence
- Build strong relationships with existing clients and connect with new ones.




- Deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
- Meet and exceed sales goals with enthusiasm and integrity
- Drive market share growth
- Grow distribution and improve in-store visibility
- Provide industry and product knowledge to retailers within your territory with a focus on category sustainability & profitability
- Execute trade promotions in line with State and National targets/priorities

What You Bring:

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to opportunity
- A natural ability to connect with people and build trust
- Strong understanding in buying cycles and ability to close a deal confidently
- Proven sales experience and a drive to succeed (we'd love you to have 2-3 years experience in FMCG/OTC)
- Passion for natural health and wellness
- Willingness to travel and manage your schedule independently
