Head of Operations | Growing QSR Brand | $150K + Super

This isn't a role for someone who wants to inherit an operation and keep it ticking over.

We're looking for an operational leader who enjoys building, improving and growing businesses. Someone who gets excited by opening recent stores, refining systems, improving profitability and creating the foundations that allow a brand to scale successfully.

Joining a privately owned hospitality business with ambitious growth plans, you'll work directly alongside the founders as part of the senior leadership team. There are no layers of corporate management or lengthy approval processes-just the opportunity to make decisions, execute ideas and see the results.

Operating within the modern QSR space, the business has built a reputation around fresh, healthy, flavour-driven food delivered with the convenience and efficiency today's customers expect.

About You

We're looking for a commercially minded operator who's ready to really focus on developing strategy & ensuring business performance but show up in person & demonstrate the required leadersip with energy & passion.

You'll ideally bring:

- Multi-site hospitality operations leadership experience
- A proven track record improving profitability, operational performance and business KPIs
- Experience opening new venues and supporting business growth
- Strong commercial acumen with confidence managing budgets, EBITDA and financial reporting
- Experience developing SOPs, systems and scalable operational frameworks




- Ability to identify operational inefficiencies and implement practical improvements
- Strong supplier, procurement and supply chain management experience
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to influence everyone from frontline teams to business owners
- Experience leading, coaching and developing high-performing management teams
- A highly organised, analytical and solutions-focused approach
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Hospitality or a related discipline will be highly regarded

What You'll Be Responsible For

- Leading the operational strategy across the business
- Driving sustainable growth, profitability and operational excellence
- Developing systems, processes and SOPs to support future expansion
- Leading new store openings from planning through to execution
- Monitoring financial performance, budgets, ROI and EBITDA
- Identifying new technologies and operational improvements
- Working closely with marketing and leadership to support brand growth
- Building a culture of accountability, ownership and continuous improvement
- Remaining hands‑on when required, supporting stores and travelling across the Sydney network
