About the role

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key link between our customers and our workshop team. You’ll provide an outstanding customer experience from initial booking through to vehicle handover.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting customers, identifying their service needs and explaining repair options and pricing
- Preparing accurate repair estimates and service documentation




- Coordinating with our technicians to ensure effective and timely completion of all work
- Keeping customers updated on the status of their vehicle in a clear and transparent way
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, service history, parts and labour
- Proactively recommending additional services to improve vehicle performance and longevity
- Helping foster a positive, collaborative environment within the service department

About you

You’re professional, organised and thrive on delivering great service. You enjoy solving problems and can keep your cool when things get busy.

We’re looking for someone who has:

- Minimum 2 years’ experiencein a customer-facing role and, whilst automotive experience would be looked upon favourably, it is not considered essential
- Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills– you’re confident dealing with customers and technicians alike
- Provenproblem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Confidence usinga variety of IT systems
- Agenuine passion and commitment to exceptional customer service
- The ability toadapt to changing prioritiesin a fast-paced workshop environment
