You’ll play a key role in:

As a Project Coordinator, you’ll support our Project Managers to deliver safe, profitable and timely projects. You’ll join a stable, collaborative Canberra team working across meaningful, complex projects where strong coordination, compliance and stakeholder relationships matter.

- Support site safety activities, inductions, observations, audits and environmental monitoring
- Coordinate subcontractor work sequences and monitor quality through defect inspections
- Assist with subcontractor engagement, invoices, cost reporting and cash flow forecasts
- Help develop and maintain project programmes, variations and project documentation
- Manage requests for information, meeting minutes, drawing registers and subcontract amendments
- Support project delivery systems, including payment claims, risk, quality and defects close-out

What you’ll bring:

You’re organised, proactive and keen to build your construction career with a team that values quality, accountability and respect. You can confidently manage competing priorities,



communicate clearly with project stakeholders and bring a practical, detail-focused approach to every task.

- A building-related degree, diploma or trade background, ideally with current study or relevant experience
- Experience in a similar role is preferred
- Exposure to project systems such as Jobpac and Procore, or the ability to learn quickly
- A collaborative, flexible approach that builds positive relationships
