An exciting opportunity exists for an accomplished
Transformation Delivery Lead / Senior Change & Transformation Lead
to join a high-profile, large-scale transformation program delivering significant business, technology and data change across a complex multi-stakeholder setting.
This role will suit an experienced transformation leader who thrives on driving organisational readiness, stakeholder engagement, user adoption and benefits realisation for enterprise-wide initiatives.
Working closely with executive leaders, technology teams and business stakeholders, you will play a critical role in ensuring new capabilities are successfully embedded, adopted and transitioned into sustainable operational services.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the program-wide operational readiness strategy.
Drive organisational adoption and stakeholder commitment across diverse business and technical environments.
Lead change management and transformation activities to support successful implementation of recent capabilities.
Establish and oversee advantages realisation frameworks and reporting.
Ensure readiness across people,



process, technology and data domains.
Build strong relationships with senior executives, business leaders, delivery partners and external stakeholders.
Lead stakeholder engagement activities and manage competing priorities across multiple groups.
Provide strategic guidance and reporting to support governance and executive decision-making.
Lead and mentor a small transformation and readiness team.
Essential Experience & Skills
Proven experience in senior transformation, change management or operational readiness leadership roles.
Demonstrated success delivering large-scale ICT, digital and data transformation programs.
Strong experience managing organisational change across complex stakeholder environments.
Proven expertise in operational readiness, change management, adoption and perks realisation.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills.
Experience working with multiple delivery partners and service providers.
Ability to navigate complex governance, compliance and reporting environments.
Strong leadership capability with experience leading high-performing teams.
