We're seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Finance team based in Melbourne. This is a full‐time role.

The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Payable Clerk to be part of our Finance team in Melbourne. Your key responsibilities will include the following:
Data entry & filing;
Staff reimbursements – processing and payment;
Daily payment runs – creating cheques and EFTs;
Following up internal and supplier queries;
Processing office related invoices; and
Liaising with internal departments.
Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
Tertiary qualifications in accounting or finance
Experience in an administrative capacity
Accurate data entry skills along with a client service focus
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work in a rapid‐paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with MS Office suite
