The Wattle Hill Care Board of Management is recruiting a person to oversee all aspects of its business in Bunbury.
Wattle Hill Care is a highly respected aged care service provider and is committed to delivering quality services and fostering a warm and compassionate workplace for our residents.
This role is supported by a highly qualified and dedicated team (clinical and administrative) providing exceptional care and support to the elderly in this stand alone residential and retirement community in Bunbury.
The person we seek must have a track record in overseeing all functions in the residential and retirement aged care industry. Have enough practical knowledge and experience to support the Board of Management in their governance role.
Applicants will ideally be tertiary trained in a relevant field, have proven experience in a senior leadership role within the aged care industry.



Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry trends in aged care.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams towards achieving organisational goals.
