Hive & Wellness is seeking a reliable and safety‑focused Processing Operator to join our processing team. In this hands‑on role, you’ll blend, decant, and process honey safely and efficiently to ensure all finished products meet quality specifications and production schedules.
Working in a quick‑paced FMCG manufacturing environment, you will play a key role in maintaining high product quality, food safety standards, and safe operating practices, while supporting continuous improvement across processing operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate processing equipment (clarifier)
to maintain consistent product flow and production efficiency
- Blend, decant, and sample honey to ensure it meets all product specifications
- Manage activities across hot rooms, hot boxes, and yard operations
- Complete processing documentation and data entry to support compliance and traceability
- Support production schedules to ensure on‑time processing and product availability
- Maintain accurate QA and CCP documentation
- Support full product traceability for all batches
- Identify and report non‑conformances or quality issues promptly

Shift Hours: 4.00 am until 12.30 pm
About You
You will be a reliable and detail-oriented operator who enjoys working in a team-focused manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience in a production or processing operator role
- Experience working in an FMCG or food manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate documentation
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
- Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills
- Mechanical aptitude with an interest in technology‑driven solutions
- Current Forklift Licence
