CBRE on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a part time Facilities Manager to oversee the onsite operations at the Maroochydore Homemaker Centre. The role focuses on efficient maintenance, cost control, and development of all building services.
You’ll report to the Centre Manager and work three days per week (Mon, Wed, Fri) with some flexibility. Previous FM or building services experience and a customer-focused approach are essential.
