The Opportunity
We're looking for a Functional Assessor to join our team on a casual basis working between the hours of 8am and 5pm to provide and undertake physical capacity assessments and administration support relating to WHS processes.
This would suit a 2nd or 3rd year student who wants to gain work experience or a recent graduate looking to gain full time employment within their field of study!
About the role
- Conduct functional capacity assessments and deliver manual handling training
- Support WHS initiatives through accurate documentation and safe work practices
- Maintaining the functional assessment procedures and documentation
- Build robust candidate relationships and compliance processes of WHS
- Basics administration duties as required
To be successful you will need the following
A qualification or studying in Health Sciences or Allied Health (Degree/Masters/Honours) in one of the below, or similar
- Proven experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and effective time management
- Confident phone manner and friendly attitude
- Proactive problem-solving approach
- Computer literate with relevant systems proficiency
- Ability to excel in a small, efficient team
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
