Gorilla Jobs seeks a Senior Occupational Therapist to lead a paediatric clinic-based service near Penrith, NSW. You will maintain a hands-on clinical caseload while designing and growing the OT offering, partnering closely with Speech Pathologists and a supportive Director.

You will conduct paediatric assessments, lead joint sessions with SPs, and develop pathways, documentation standards, and mentoring for future hires, with options for school visits and telehealth where suitable.
