As our Fuels & Energy East business continues to grow, we are inviting Expressions of InterestfromMechanical Supervisorsinterestedin expanding their experience across the bulk storage, fuels,refiningand terminal infrastructure sectors. This is an opportunity to become part of a highly experienced team delivering solutions for some of Australia's most critical assets.
You will gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of fuel terminals, storage facilities, refining infrastructure, brownfield modifications, asset integrity programs, capitalprojectsand operational support activities.You'llwork alongside industry experts and develop valuable experience across the full asset lifecycle, from concept and design through to procurement,constructionand commissioning.

KeyResponsibilities
Lead and supervise mechanical maintenance, construction and asset integrity activities across fuel terminals, bulk storage facilities,pipelinesand associated infrastructure.
Coordinate daily site activities, labour resources,contractorsand equipment to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently andin accordance withproject schedules.
Oversee installation, maintenance and repair works on critical mechanical assets including storage tanks, pumps, valves, piping systems, loadingfacilitiesand ancillary equipment.
Ensure all work is executed in compliance with safety, environmental,qualityand regulatory requirements, while promoting a solid safety-first culture on site.
Monitor work progress,productivityand quality outcomes,identifyingand resolving technical issues to minimise downtime andmaintainoperational continuity.
Collaborate with operations, maintenance,engineeringand project teams to support shutdowns, brownfield upgrades,inspectionsand continuous improvement initiatives.
About you
Trade qualified Mechanical Fitter, Boilermaker, Pipefitter or equivalent, withdemonstratedexperience supervising mechanical works in industrial or heavy asset environments.
Proven experience in fuel terminals, bulk storage facilities, oil & gas, petrochemical, energy,utilitiesor other high-risk operational environments.
Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment including storage tanks, pumps, piping systems, valves, loading facilities, rotatingequipmentand associated infrastructure.
Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate site-based work crews and contractors, ensuring activities are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard of quality.
Sound understanding of permit-to-work systems, isolation procedures, riskmanagementand compliance requirements within live operational or brownfield environments.
Excellent leadership,communicationand problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities,build strong stakeholder relationships and drive successful maintenanceand project outcomes.
