As a BDM, you know how to take ownership of your region, drive sales growth, expand adoption of our technologies, and ensure an outstanding customer experience for long-term and new clients alike. You're focused on identifying growth opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue expansion. Committed to understanding market trends, strengthening client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that align with the ECEFast organisational goals. You're skilled in negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and long-term planning to drive sustainable business success and growth across the Validation and Monitoring Solutions (VMS) and industrial instrumentation sectors.

This is a role suited to someone who thrives on autonomy,



building new relationships and delivering on your word, who can positively impact the growth of the company through sales planning and activities in the assigned territory and be accountable for the sales budgetsand gross margin levels assigned. This role will ensure that ECEFast's ERP and CRM databases are maximised as a current and valued knowledge base of customers / potential customers.

To secure this fantastic opportunity, you would ideally have an understanding of industrial measurement systems and process control, clear and accurate written and verbal communication skills, impeccable dress presentation plus ability to work within a team and at the same time being able to work to tight deadlines and use your own initiative. You come with a Diploma or Degree in an Electrical Engineering based discipline, demonstrated ability in technical sales and proven experience achieving and or exceeding sales budgets and you have a valid Australian driver's license.
