FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN

WORK SCHEDULE & LIFESTYLE BENEFITS

- 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM standard working hours
- No afternoon or night shifts
- Weekend on-call roster (approx. once per month)
- Overtime paid door-to-door when on-call

This structure is designed to give you consistency during the week while still offering strong earning potential through overtime - without sacrificing your personal time.

THE ROLE

You’ll be responsible for servicing and maintaining a range of large-scale electromechanical equipment used across commercial environments.

Working independently in the field, you’ll troubleshoot issues, perform maintenance, and ensure systems are running efficiently, all while being backed by a national support team.





KEY DUTIES

- Carry out preventative maintenance, fault finding, and breakdown repairs
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues in office
- Assist with installations, upgrades, and component replacements
- Manage your daily run sheet and coordinate with the service team
- Build strong relationships with customers through reliable, professional service

ABOUT YOU

- Experience in field service across electromechanical or industrial equipment
- Backgrounds such as manufacturing, whitegoods, solar, HVAC, conveyors, generators, or similar are highly regarded
- Holds a restricted or full electrical licence
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic capability
- Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset
- Self-driven and comfortable working independently
- Full Australian working rights (Citizen, PR, NZ Citizen, or 820 Visa)
