- Ensure all standard master documentation complies with planning regulations & current NCC requirements.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership and operational peers to drive product innovation

Key Responsibilities

Product Innovation & Master Planning

- Evolve future master plans
- Oversee the strategic rollout of new product offerings,



floorplans & facades aligned with buyer trends and lot yields.
- Ensure all standard master documentation complies with planning regulations & current NCC requirements.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership and operational peers to drive product innovation

Production & Workflow Management

- Oversee, mentor and delegate tasks to drafting team
- Adopt a hands on approach when needed with production, detailing to support team capacity and deadlines.
- Ensure drawings are accurate, compliant and delivered in allocated time frames.
- Liaise directly with clients, surveyors, engineers, suppliers, and external consultants where needed

Leadership & Operational Excellence

- Guide & mentor the internal drafting team while utilising offshore capabilities to maximize output
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies & implementing system improvements.
- Lead the team through change management with a business mindset focusing on solutions that deliver the desired business outcomes.

Your Experience & Skillset

- Proven background managing or leading a drafting department within a residential volume builder or developer.
- Highly proficient inRevit
- Knowledge of National Construction Codes (NCC), council planning schemes, and standard residential construction details.
- Strong management capabilities, ability to lead a team through change
- A proactive hands on approach, comfortable stepping in to draft or detail working drawings directly when needed
