National Tyre Traders are seeking a Tyre Store Manager to oversee the siteoperations of their Bridgestone Service Centre in Mount Isa.

The businesses we currently operate are Twin City Tyres in Townsville, Towers Tyres at Charters Towers, the Hughenden and Richmond Tyre Centres and the Bridgestone Service Centre Mount Isa.

This is a full-time permanent position offering a great opportunity for the right applicant to progress their career.

You will have full responsibility for the sales, staff, stock ordering, job scheduling and fitting of all tyres at this site and within the region using mobile service vehicles.

To be successful in this role you must have the following:

- Previous management experience in tyres or mechanical
- Ability to lead, manage and motivate staff
- Experience in managing stock and expenses
- Previoustyre fittingexperience with truck and light earthmoving equipment
- Great communication skills with customers and staff




- Ability to drive and meet sales targets
- Be physically capable and able to pass a medical if required
- Reliable with a strong work ethic, friendly and customer focused
- Knowledge of safe working and WH&S; practices

What We Offer

- Salary package between $100,000 and $150,000 depending on experience
- Fully maintained company vehicle
