Responsibilities
Support the design, review, implementation and continuous improvement of the Bank's non‐financial risk management framework, standards, templates and tools.
Partner with business areas to support implementation and uplift of risk and compliance frameworks.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of frameworks, policies, standards and guidances for enterprise risk management.
Prepare insights for senior stakeholders and governance committees.
Influence and uplift risk capability and consistency across the Bank.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in non‐financial risk, operational risk or compliance within a complex setting.
Strong experience in designing, implementing or uplifting risk and compliance management frameworks.
Demonstrated experience reviewing and drafting controls.
Experience operating in a second line of defence role.
Robust understanding of regulatory expectations and best practice in risk management.




Strong understanding of enterprise‐wide risk and compliance management frameworks, policies and standards.
Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise and insightful analysis for senior audiences.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive adoption of frameworks, standards and tools.
A team player with a curious mindset, sound judgement, attention to detail, and the ability to balance pragmatism with risk discipline.
