ABOUT THE ROLEThis is an integral role to the Company, heading up the operations for the Sydney Clinic within a global company!
A few key points about the role:Management of around 40 staffManaging the day to day operations of the clinicScope and oversight across scheduling, debt management, accounts payable, marketing, HR and managing external market changes within the sector affecting the businessDriving a workforce that delivers 'goosebump' moments and outcomes for their clients + their familiesABOUT YOUThe Company is open to candidates from different backgrounds however the following key things will be significant:A passion for paediatrics and helping some of our most vulnerable kids with disabilitiesExperience within the NDIS sector is highly desirableExperience managing a large team is essentialExperience managing clinic operations is outstanding however if you have managed operations for a large team within a community setting that is fine as wellIt's not necessary to be a clinician for this role - so non clinical leaders please feel free to apply!
