JPL Group is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead end‐to‐end payroll for 4,*,000 retail staff and monthly payroll for the Support Office. You will manage a team, ensure compliance with awards and legislation, and drive process improvements across Dayforce and Chris21.
You will partner with HR, IT and Finance to optimise systems, support enterprise agreements, and deliver timely payroll reporting to stakeholders in a quick‐paced retail workplace.
