We are looking for a Branch Manager to join the AIRR team on a permanent, full‐time basis. The role is based in Ararat and will involve managing all aspects of branch operations and leading a sales team to achieve growth and exceed earning targets.
Responsibilities
Inspire and motivate your team to maximise their potential
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients to provide personalised recommendations that strengthen the growth of their businesses
Cultivate new sales prospects to strengthen Elders' presence
Drive the marketing and promotion of all Elders products
Prioritise the safety of your staff and clients, and actively contribute to Elders' zero‐harm culture
Co‐coach and mentor staff in identifying and developing new sales opportunities
About You
Have a proven track record in sales management with an understanding of agricultural services
Are comfortable and thrive in a collaborative and agile working setting
Are resourceful, forward‐thinking and passionate about effecting real change for both your clients and your community
Understand that people are our most important asset
Have the ability to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with clients
Although a tertiary qualification is not essential, sound financial knowledge and strong business acumen are required
