Summary:
The Despatch Manager at our Eastern Creek facility will play a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient and timely despatch of products to our clients. This position is essential for maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction and operational excellence within the sales industry. The successful candidate will ensure that all despatch operations are conducted smoothly, contributing to the overall success of our business in Recent South Wales.
Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate all despatch activities to ensure timely delivery of products.
Supervise and train despatch staff to maintain high performance and adherence to safety standards.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure stock availability.
Implement and optimise despatch processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Maintain accurate records of despatch activities and prepare reports for management.




Liaise with sales and customer service teams to address any despatch-related issues.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a despatch or logistics management role, preferably within the sales industry.
Solid organisational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and despatch software.
