The Prospect
As a Prestart Consultant, you will work across residential projects in a diverse role, providing expert guidance and support throughout the prestart process. Your key focus will be to ensure a smooth and productive selections experience, contributing to successful project delivery and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Project, Custom and Modular Homes
Support clients and providing guidance in selecting finishes
Assist with general administrative tasks, including documentation and coordination of client details
Provide administrative support for contract processes (with contracts prepared by a dedicated team member)
Prepare, update, and maintain addenda's and variations

Work from home




Conduct Prestart meetings on Saturdays
Complete administration tasks from home during the week
6 month contract with potential extension

To be successful in this role, you will have:
1+ years of experience working as a prestart consultant for a residential builder
Forward-thinking, cooperative, encouraging, with an approachable attitude
Exceptionally high attention to detail and Customer-centric focus
Strong organisational abilities andExceptional communication and negotiation skills
