Aboutthe Role

As anIT System Supportprofessional, you willplay a keyrole in maintainingand supporting Bremick'senterprise ICT environment. You will beresponsible for ensuringthe reliability, security, and performanceof the company'sIT infrastructure byproviding technical support, administering enterprisesystems, and assistingwith system maintenance, upgrades, and technology implementations. Working closely withinternal stakeholders andexternal vendors, youwill help deliversecure and efficientICT services thatsupport business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support, maintain and optimiseBremick's enterprise ICTinfrastructure, ensuringsystems remain secure, reliable and availableto support businessoperations.
- Install, configure andadminister Windows Serverenvironments, includingActive Directory, GroupPolicy, DNS/DHCPservices and Microsoft365.
- Provide Level 2and Level 3technical support acrossdesktops, servers, networking, enterprise applicationsand Microsoft 365, resolving complextechnical issues ina timely manner.
- Monitor system, serverand network performance, proactively identifyingopportunities to improvereliability, security andoperational efficiency.
- Manage VMware virtualisationenvironments, enterprisestorage solutions andbackup systems toensure business continuityand disaster recoveryreadiness.
- Implement and maintain ICT security controls, including multi-factor authentication, endpoint protection, secure access controls and vulnerability management to safeguard company systems and data.




- Conduct system health checks, quality audits and security reviews, recommending and implementing improvements to ensure compliance with internal policies and industry best practices.
- Perform routine maintenance activities, including software updates, security patching, configuration management and infrastructure upgrades to minimise operational risk and downtime.
- Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system and network issues across the organisation while providing technical guidance to end users.
- Develop, test and validate system changes, upgrades and new technology implementations prior to deployment into the production workplace.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, internal teams and external technology vendors to deliver ICT projects that support Bremick's operational objectives and future technology initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain accurate technical documentation, system configurations, asset registers, operational procedures and disaster recovery documentation to support ongoing ICT operations.
- Deliver user training and technical guidance on enterprise systems, cybersecurity awareness and ICT best practices to promote secure and effective use of technology across the business.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating existing ICT systems and recommending enhancements that improve performance, scalability and business efficiency.





Skills and Qualifications required

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology,Computer Science, InformationSystems, or arelated discipline (orhigher).
- Minimum of3 years' experiencein anenterprise ICT systemssupport or infrastructureenvironment.
- Demonstrated experienceadministeringWindows Server, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, and Microsoft365.
- Experience supporting enterpriseICTinfrastructure, includingservers, networking, virtualization, storage, and backupsolutions.
- Knowledge ofVMware, Microsoft 365 administration, and enterprise securitybest practices.
- Strong troubleshooting andproblem-solving skillsacross hardware, software, operating systems, andnetwork environments.
- Experience implementingand maintaining ICTsecurity controls, includingendpointprotection, multi-factorauthentication, and patchmanagement.
- Understanding of backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide technical support and training to users at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering reliable, secure, and high-quality ICT services.
- Experience working with ERP systems, CRM platforms, or enterprise business systems.
- Experience working with Crystal Reports.
- Familiarity with system integration and database concepts.
- Exposure to manufacturing or supply chain environments.
