An opportunity has arisen to join our Operations Team as a Contracts Presenter / Administrator.
No direct role experience is required although you must be well presented, have attention to detail, have administration experience and excellent communication skills.
Any residential building knowledge is looked upon favourably.
Whilst Coral Homes have been around 35 years, this area of the business is new and exciting. We are lookingsomeone to come on board and not only create but present our building contract to our customers.
Key responsibilities
- Perform quality checksto all tender documents and plans
- Prepare building contracts and all other relevant documentation
- Present building contracts to our customers ensuring we are covering all contract terms and conditions; this will be online or in person at our head office
- Processing of variations as required
You will have
- A minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative or client facing role
- Demonstrated understanding of the residentialbuildingindustry (preferred but not essential)
- Customer-centric qualified, with exceptional personal presentation
- High level accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills, both verbal and written
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Disciplined self-starter and results-driven individual able to work autonomously with strong team collaboration skills
