Harris Farm Markets | Full Time | Store-Based

We're looking for a Head Service Supervisor to lead our front-end team, keep the registers humming, and help make every shopping trip feel like more market than supermarket.

What you'll be doing

- Leading your team to deliver fast, friendly, spot-on service at every register
- Coaching and growing newer Store Assistants into confident team members
- Championing fresh, full, beautifully rotated displays that make people stop and stare
- Keeping cash secure and reconciled, every single shift
- Teaming up with the Operations Coordinator to build rosters that hit budget
- Setting the standard for a safe, spotless, well-run store
