About the Opportunity

The Marketing Executive is responsible for assisting to drive the marketing activities within the sales and marketing strategy, along with supporting the Marketing Manager in delivering the wider marketing strategy across the Company. If you’re a passionate marketer with a robust grasp of branding and digital strategy, we’d love to hear from you. This is a maternity leave cover position for up to 12 months.

Key responsibilities of the role include

- Assist the Marketing Manager to execute the marketing strategy.
- Liaise with the Marketing Manager and to plan and execute promotions and campaigns.
- Drive brand engagement through Sales and Marketing plan
- Design and distribute external communication
- Work with the Marketing Manager to launch and new displays.
- Assist with the development, implementation and maintenance of all WISDOM websites ensuring content is accurate and up to date
- Assist with SEO/SEM campaigns, including conducting post-campaign analysis to assess performance.




- Review and maintenance of CRM
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and partnering with stakeholders to execute key campaigns and initiatives
- Help manage marketing forecasting, budgets, resources and reporting to track performance and ROI

About You

To be successful in this role:

- 2 – 3 years in a similar role
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Extensive experience utilising CRM, email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, paid media, and web management
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet competing deadlines
- Energetic, positive team player who’s driven to deliver outstanding results
