Our client is a family-owned building company specialising in new and custom residential homes. Known for transparency, quality craftsmanship, and reliable suppliers, they provide clear communication and support clients from first enquiry through to handover, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.

The Role.

You will be the welcoming presence in a beautifully crafted display home, guiding visitors through layouts, features, and possibilities. Your goal is simple: create an experience that feels personal, memorable and inspiring.

You will manage customer enquiries from initial contact through to contract signing, ensuring an exceptional client experience while consistently achieving sales targets.

About You.

- Minimum 2 years' experience in new home sales or house & land packages
- Strong communicator with a warm, engaging presence & ability to build trust
- Confident, presentable, proactive, and motivated by results
- Strong understanding of the residential construction process
- HubSpot CRM & Canibuild experience preferred

- Showcase homes, greet visitors, walk through designs,



and highlight the craftsmanship and lifestyle benefits
- Build relationships, listen closely, understand needs and offer tailored solutions
- Drive sales, convert enquiries into contracts through genuine connection, product knowledge, and strategic follow-up
- Stay informed, keep up with new releases, upgrades, and promotions
- Follow up all sales leads and enquiries
