We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Mascot, focused on delivering high-quality hires and building strong partnerships with our operational leaders.

About the role

You will manage end-to-end recruitment across high-volume, operational roles, partnering closely with Hiring Managers to understand workforce needs and deliver consistent, high-quality hiring outcomes.

- Stakeholder engagement – building trusted relationships with Operations and leaders
- Recruitment delivery – managing sourcing, screening, and selection end-to-end
