Key Responsibilities:

Manage a growing portfolio of properties (approximately 100 with quick anticipated growth).

This is end to end property management with support provided by our Leasing Consultant and 2 x Property Management Assistants to handle leasing, leases renewals, inspections and compliance.

Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople.

Ensure consistent and effective communication with all stakeholders.

Demonstrate empathy and care while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and service.

Take ownership of your portfolio and continuously strive to improve your own and the team’s performance.

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience as a Junior Property Manager ready to take the next step or Current Property Manager looking for a change in scenery.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage independently.

Salary & Bonuses:

Bonuses are tied to management fee income, with additional incentives for successful Harcourts Pinnacle Referrals.

Team Support; Leasing Consultant and 2 x Property Management Assistants to help you.
