About the Role
We're looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Bulkstore Assistant to join our team on a casual basis at our Crestmead Distribution Centre.
Working hours are Monday to Friday between 6:00am and 2:00pm.
Your duties will include:
- Receiving and unloading deliveries
- Picking and packing children's books
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Replenishing stock
- Stocktakes and inventory tasks
- Using RF scanners and warehouse systems
- Operating forklifts safely and efficiently
What You'll Bring
To be successful, you'll have:
- A current LF Forklift Licence (essential)
- A current LO Order Picker Licence (essential)
- Previous warehouse experience in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Basic computer skills and experience using RF scanners
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- The ability to safely perform manual handling tasks, including lifting, bending and carrying
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- A reliable and positive attitude with a willingness to work as part of a team
