About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Field Coordinator to join our team.

This is a hands-on, people-focused role where no two days are the same. You'll spend your time coordinating crews, supporting our traffic controllers on-site, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring our operations run safely and efficiently.

Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you'll be the key link between our crews, clients, and office team, helping deliver exceptional service while maintaining our strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily traffic management operations across multiple sites.
- Be the first point of contact for on-road crews, providing guidance, support, and problem-solving.




- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their requirements are met.
- Visit sites regularly to support crews, conduct quality checks, and ensure work is completed safely and compliantly.
- Assist with crew planning, resourcing, and responding to operational changes throughout the day.
- Coach, mentor, and develop traffic controllers through regular on-site support and training.
- Promote and lead a strong safety culture through site inspections, audits, and compliance activities.
- Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions.
- Assist with fleet and equipment coordination to ensure operational readiness.
- Conduct workplace drug and alcohol testing in accordance with company policies.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and operational outcomes.
