This full time position offers the right candidate the chance to develop a rewarding career with on the job training provided. Industry experience is beneficial but not essential. We’re looking for someone with the right attitude, commitment to excellence, and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:





- Provide outstanding customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Discuss product specifications and engineering requirements across a range of customer projects
- Prepare quotes and process sales orders
- Manage order dispatch, allocations, and logistics coordination
- Maintain accurate customer information in our CRM system
- Support internal teams to ensure timely and efficient customer outcomes

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems (training provided)
