About the Role

As a Car Carrier Tow Truck Operator, you'll be responsible for the safe transportation of vehicles using our modern car carrier fleet. You'll work with dealerships, auction houses, fleet companies, insurance providers and private customers, ensuring every vehicle is delivered safely, securely and on time.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Safely loading, securing and transporting vehicles using a car carrier truck.
- Conducting pre-start and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Following transport schedules while maintaining safe driving practices.
- Completing transport documentation and electronic job records.
- Providing excellent customer service during vehicle collections and deliveries.
- Ensuring vehicles are handled with care to prevent damage during transport.
- Maintaining company equipment and keeping vehicles clean and presentable.
- Complying with all road transport regulations and company safety procedures.

What You'll Need

- Current HR Licence (or higher).
- Current Driver Authority (or willingness to obtain).
- Previous experience operating a car carrier or heavy vehicle transport equipment is highly regarded.
- Strong knowledge of load restraint and vehicle securing procedures.




- A professional attitude with excellent customer service skills.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A commitment to workplace health and safety.
- A clean driving history is preferred.
