Are you passionate about adult learning, accessibility andempowering people through education?

We are seeking a Facilitator & Content Developer todesign and deliver engaging, accessible and evidence-informed training forpeople with disability, organisations and community stakeholders. This is anexciting prospect to combine your facilitation expertise with instructionaldesign skills to create meaningful learning experiences that drive inclusionand social change.

About the Role

Reporting to the Director, Strategic Projects and Training,you will collaborate with people with disability, subject matter experts,clients and colleagues to identify learning needs and develop high-qualitytraining solutions. You'll facilitate face-to-face, virtual and blendedlearning programs while continuously improving content through evaluation andfeedback.

Key responsibilities include:

Learning Content Development

- Designand develop engaging, accessible learning resources and trainingmaterials.
- Createfacilitator guides, participant resources, case studies and presentations.
- Adaptcontent for different audiences and delivery formats.
- Ensurecontent reflects disability rights, lived experience, adult learningprinciples and best practice.

Training and Facilitation

- Deliverimpactful face-to-face, online and blended training programs.
- Createinclusive learning environments that support diverse communication andlearning needs.
- Facilitatesensitive and complex discussions with confidence and professionalism.
- Respondto participant access requirements and model disability-equitable andculturally safe practice.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Program Coordination

- Workclosely with clients, people with disability and subject matter experts.
- Coordinatetraining logistics, resources and accessibility requirements.
- Evaluateprogram effectiveness and recommend improvements.




- Maintainaccurate records and contribute to continuous quality improvement.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Livedexperience of disability.
- Experiencedeveloping engaging and accessible learning content for adult learners.
- Experiencefacilitating face-to-face and online training.
- Strongunderstanding of adult learning principles.
- Exceptionalcommunication skills and the ability to translate complex information intoplain language.
- Demonstratedability to adapt training and facilitation approaches to diverseaudiences.
- Strongstakeholder engagement, planning and organisational skills.
- Confidenceusing virtual training platforms, presentation software, learningmanagement systems and other digital tools.
- Willingnessto undertake occasional overnight and interstate travel.
- CertificateIV in Training and Assessment (TAE).
- Qualificationsin adult learning, facilitation, disability studies, communications or arelated discipline.
- Experiencein disability rights, advocacy or disability inclusion.
- Experiencedeveloping eLearning content using tools such as Articulate.
- Experienceevaluating learning programs and incorporating findings into improvedpractice.
