We're seeking an experienced
Senior Data Analyst
to join a Federal Government team in Canberra. You'll transform complex data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making while working closely with business stakeholders across a range of projects.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, cleanse and validate data from multiple sources.
Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns and business prospects.
Develop reports, dashboards and data visualisations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
Ensure data accuracy, quality and integrity across all reporting.
Automate recurring reports and improve data processes where possible.
Plan, organise and manage analytical projects, including research, analysis,



presentations and supporting working groups.
Key Requirements
Current NV1 Security Clearance
(mandatory).
Demonstrated experience in
Business Situation Analysis
, including analysing complex business problems, identifying root causes and engaging with stakeholders.
Experience in
Data Modelling & Design
, including developing, maintaining and optimising data structures to support reporting and analytics.
Robust
Data Visualisation
skills, with experience creating dashboards and reports using Power
