ACCC is seeking a Director to lead the Consumer & Fair Trading Division, overseeing a portfolio of investigations and staff, reporting to General Managers or Executive Directors. The role drives compliance and enforcement under the ACL, and coordinates across three enforcement branches and with external stakeholders.
You will lead a diverse team, shape strategy, and promote an inclusive, high-performing culture while ensuring alignment with policy directions and regulatory guidance.
