Responsibilities
Serve as the point of contact, building and nurturing relationships with our customer base.
Expertly manage all administrative functions, including accurate estimating, detailed quoting, streamlined invoicing, and proactively communicating with customers.




Collaborate with internal departments and external contractors to ensure efficient service delivery and project completion.
Champion business commitment to safety and actively contribute to maintaining operational standards.
Identify and resolve customer needs, ensuring effective and satisfactory outcomes.
Qualifications
Exceptional communicator with high verbal and written communication skills and acute attention to detail.
Collaborative team player who thrives in a team environment and supports colleagues proactively.
Aptitude for the industry: strong mechanical knowledge complemented by good computer aptitude.
Proven experience: ideally over 12 months of valuable experience within the industry.
Position Details
Full‐time role required onsite Monday to Friday.
