Site
Manager/Site Supervisor
to join its growing team, delivering high quality fit-out projects across Sydney and NSW. This is an excellent chance to take a key leadership role within an established organization renowned for delivering complex commercial fit-out projects safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
The company delivers a diverse range of fit-out projects across multiple sectors, including:
Hospitality venues and restaurants
Retail stores and luxury brand fit-outs
Education facilities
Health and medical facilities
Refurbishments and specialist interior projects
Key Responsibilities
Coordinating subcontractors, trades and suppliers
Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with WHS legislation and company standards.
Lead incident investigations and implement effective corrective and preventative actions.
Leading toolbox talks and site meetings




Building relationships with clients, consultants and external stakeholders
Liaising with councils, statutory authorities and other external stakeholders
Leading, mentoring and developing your site team
About You
Previous experience as a Site Manager/Site Supervisor within the construction industry.
Sound knowledge of NSW WHS legislation, ISO standards, and construction safety management systems.
Solid leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to influence safety culture across large project teams.
Relevant WHS qualifications and White Card.

$200K - $250K + Super (depending on experience).
