Our client operates within the manufacturing sector and has a well-known presence in Australia, New Zealand, and Asia.
This finance manager role will be based at their Moorabbin site and be 4 days in the office and 1 day from home, with additional flexibility on offer.
A successful Finance Manager will be able to demonstrate:
Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting and forecasting.
Prepare and present financial reports to support decision-making processes.
Manage cash flow and compliance.
Collaborate with all internal departments and manage stakeholders effectively.
Lead tax returns and liaise with external auditors.
Develop and maintain financial controls.
Monitor and analyse financial data trends.
Lead a team of 3.
Qualifications:




A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field, including qualified qualifications
Robust knowledge of financial reporting and compliance.
Proven ability to manage budgets and financial forecasting processes.
Experience SAP is advantageous.
Robust communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong leadership and team development ability.
Compensation and Details:
$135K - $145K plus superannuation, pending experience.
