Sigma Management is seeking an experienced Project Director / Senior Project Manager to support and grow our education-sector project management work across NSW.
About Sigma Management
Sigma Management provides end-to-end client-side project management services across planning, delivery and completion. We support public and private sector clients, including education-sector clients, to deliver complex infrastructure and building projects with a focus on practical solutions, stakeholder engagement and long-term project value.
This role would suit someone who is confident acting as the primary client-facing lead, taking ownership of project delivery, and helping develop long-term client relationships.
The immediate focus is the delivery of existing education and institutional projects, with a broader chance to help shape and grow this business line over time.
The role will involve:
Acting as the main client point of contact
Leading project delivery from planning through construction and completion




Managing consultants, contractors, risks, reporting and stakeholder expectations
Supporting business development, client relationships and future prospects
Experience sought:
Senior PM / Project Director experience in client-side project management
Solid delivery, communication and stakeholder management capability
Experience in education, schools, government or institutional projects is highly desirable
Ability to work autonomously and represent the business professionally
Commercial mindset and interest in helping grow a business line
This is initially contemplated as a contract / consulting engagement, with flexibility around structure for the right person.
For the right long-term fit, there may be a pathway toward a leadership or partnership role within the business.
