About the role:

You’ll operate as the senior site lead in collaboration with the Project Manager, owning the day-to-day execution of works, managing onsite crew and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with Keece standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading and supervising electrical site teams
- Coordinating subcontractors and other trades onsite
- Managing day-to-day site operations, timelines and labour allocation
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to Keece quality standards
- Proactively identifying variations and site risks
- Driving solid site culture and maintaining compliance

You’ll be supported by strong internal systems and leadership that values initiative, accountability, and practical problem solving.

What you need:

- Qualified Electrician with a minimum of 3-5 years of commercial fitout experience
- Demonstrated experience running projects up to $500K
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate site teams




- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills
- EWP, LVR/CPR, and manual driver’s license (preferred)
