About the role
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Enrolled Nurse to join our team on a casual basis. You will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and overall well-being.
Your key responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care to our aged care residents in alignment with individual care plans
- Assist Registered Nurses in the provision of clinical care and medication administration
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team workplace
What we're looking for
- Qualified Enrolled Nurse with current registration
- Demonstrated experience in aged care or a similar healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Flexibility to work casual shifts as required
