We're looking for a motivated and organised Property Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, supporting landlords with tenancy-related matters, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties from end to end
- Handle landlord communications, lease renewals, and routine inspections
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with tradespeople
- Ensure compliance with NSW residential tenancy legislation
- Support onboarding of new properties into the portfolio
- Liaise with internal teams to maintain high service standards
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in residential or long-term property management
- Certificate of Registration (NSW) — required
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in property management software (experience with Guesty or similar is a plus)
- Mandarin language skills highly regarded (not essential)
