We are seeking a reliable, warm and detail-oriented women to join our team in a combined Creche and Cleaning role within our premium women's health club.

This position includes both daily cleaning responsibilities and adjunct creche care. Applicants must be genuinely comfortable and capable in both areas.

About the Role

Each shift includes approximately 2 hours 45 minutes of cleaning and member experience responsibilities.

You will be responsible for:

- Completing daily cleaning tasks across the top level of our club
- Maintaining high presentation and hygiene standards
- Creating a welcoming, clutter-free environment for members
- Noticing and attending to detail without being asked
- Contributing positively to the overall member experience
- Hosting a monthly recent member morning tea

This role suits someone who genuinely enjoys cleaning and gains personal satisfaction from maintaining beautiful, spotless spaces.

Each shift also includes approximately 1 hour 15 minutes of adjunct creche care.

Our creche provides short-term care while members attend their workouts.

You will:

- Comfort and settle babies confidently




- Engage children aged 6 weeks to 14 years
- Support Mums to feel calm and reassured
- Set up and pack down the creche daily
- Clean and sanitise toys and surfaces
- Care for up to 14 children per session
- No nappy changing required

About You

You are a woman who:

- Is warm, welcoming and calm
- Is reliable and available weekdays including school holidays
- Genuinely enjoys both caring for children and maintaining clean environments
- Is confident greeting and supporting women of all ages
- Has the energy and physical capability to manage active children and complete cleaning duties consistently

- Current Working With Children Blue Card positive notice
- Current First Aid and CPR, including baby and child first aid
- Availability during school holidays
- Resume and references
